Back to the Dr Horrible laundromat today with a bunch of Browncoats I met up with in the hotel lobby - decided to be silly and take my Dr Horrible coat along.

Visited the Dr Horrible Laundromat today - see piccies.

After that we visited Dr Floyd’s studio

Then Tabz and her mom & dad dropped me off at the convention hotel, where I am now, hoping to meet up with some Browncoats shortly.

Drove down by the Port of Los Angeles today with Tabx & her parents - we got there just on sunset.

I’m at the airport, waiting for my flight.  I believe the plane just arrived, a nice shiny new Airbus A380, it’s a mighty big plane.

My day started a little after 5am after having only had a couple hours sleep.  I strugged out of bed and got dressed, toasted a ham & cheese croissant and booked my LAX shuttle bus.  By the time I got all that done I was already running late so grabbed my bro and we rushed off to the train station where I managed to get on the train with - as Joss Whedon might say, seconds and seconds to spare.  Didn’t didn’t get to eat more than a mouthful before I dropped it in the car

Train ride was uneventful and once I got to Southern Cross station I found Starbucks so I could get an “Australia” mug for Tabz’ father.  Then I went to the bus depot and got on the bus with seconds and seconds to spare!  Managed to get a seat for the 20 min ride but the bus was plenty full.  I had a seat not big enough for a normal size person so was kind of awkward but better than standing.

Arrived at the airport way early despite the bus having to take a minor detour due to an accident on the freeway.  Was one of the first people to check in for the flight and apparently got a premium economy seat though it doesn’t say so on the ticket so I guess I’ll find out when I board.

Just found out I have some IT problems to try and sort out ASAP so that’ll be my blog for now no doubt.
