Out of 15,000 “Personal” Blogs rated at Blogged, TalHost.net has been given a rating of 8.3 by a Blogged editor.

At first I thought this was kinda like poetry.com where pretty much everything that’s submitted gets published and they tell you how great you are to make you buy their books and stuff..so I checked the Personal category to see what other ratings were like.  Turns out that out of the 15,000 personal blogs that have been rated, an 8.3 puts me in the top 140-350 blogs.  I was quite surprised that it didn’t seem like some scam to get me to drive up their search engine ranking.

Kinda cool!  You can even rate my blog yourself by clicking on the banner thingy in the bar over there on the right :)

Congrats.

I remember poetry.com, I didn’t know about it so I wrote a little poem and it got in, but there were some really stupid poems in the book. haha

I submitted a couple myself and was quite surprised when they were actually published and at least one of them was apparently recorded on some audio thing. Then one day I submitted something that was really bad and when it was also published I figured it was a matter of them just publishing everything that was submitted!
